March 2010 - Eric Price, president of Technology Partners begins his new technology blog at www.ericstechblog.com .

September 2009 - Matt starts this month as our new helpdesk technician. He will be helping our monthly contract customers by remoting in to solve problems more quickly, fixing personal computers dropped off for repair at our office, and doing monthly preventive maintenance for all our clients. He also has a good knowledge of Apple Macs.

Technology Partners upgrades their remote backup software, now known as techSafe. We now utilize multiple out-of-state safe, storage silos to store your data. It is encrypted so only you can restore the data. Read more....

February 2008 - With the help of our customer references, our experience and our certifications, Technology Partners has obtained Gold Partner status for the 3rd year in a row. We work hard for this designation. Technology Partners is one of only a few Gold Partners in the Treasure Coast. Not only must we earn this designation every year, but we also receive benefits we can pass on to our clients. Some of the benefits include Microsoft Priority Technical Support and access to all Microsoft solutions. Thank you clients! Thank you Microsoft!

September 2007 - We've had a method to remote into our client's computers for helpdesk support for a while now. However, we've installed some updates that improve both the speed and easy with which we can connect to any client's desktop anywhere. This will help us resolve issues faster.

Our standard business-class desktop computer has been improved. We are an Intel system builder and for the same price as previous models, the new Compeo Series has eSata, more USB ports, the latest Intel chipset, 1333Mhz FSB, faster memory and processor and as always, is an Intel VPro Certified PC.

August 2007 - Technology Partners has setup an E-Bay store for special items,From collectibles to cars, buy and sell all kinds of items on eBay clearance inventory and odds and ends. This has been a great way for us to clear out our older inventory to those that need it and are looking for a great discount. Check back often as we update this site.

June 2007 - Remote Backup services are now offered to allow our clients to not only backup to tape or external hard drive, but also over the Internet to a remote site. Data is encrypted and offers confirmation emails. The costs is based on the amount of data and is billed per month or included in a techShield managed services contract.

March 2007 - Our managed services program expands with the latest upgrades. Technology Partners has made a significant upgrade in our 24x7 monitoring and help desk ticket tracking systems. We can now provide environmental control at the desktop level in accordance with our clients' computer policies.

We have also introduced techShield Servers Only - a monthly contract with 24x7 monitoring of servers and support services. And our techShield + Secure is our standard techShield contract with antivirus/antispam licensing included as well as high-end remote management using the new capabilities in the latest upgrade of our managed services software.

December 2006 - Ron Parker has transferred to our new position of Managed Services Coordinator. He will be monitoring our clients on techShield (managed services) and providing in-house help desk support. Ron will supplement the assigned business consultant to provide additional services and faster response.

November 2006 - Jason Kramer is hired as a business technology consultant. He moved from Indiana and is a welcome addition to our staff - with both the credentials and the experience.

Also, we have expanded our client base of managed services. More clients choose managed services with proactive monitoring 24x7 and one flat monthly fee for services.

August 2006 - We had great attendance at our Open House and our client, Childcare Resources, won the 19" LCD flat screen in our drawing.

June 2006 - After thirteen years at our location near the ocean, we have moved farther inland and purchased new office space. We are enjoying the larger space while we unpack and find room for everything. Our new phone number is 772.299.5178, but our old number will also work until year's end.

May 2006 - A few years ago we introduced flat-fee contracts to our client base. With the purchase of managed services software, we will be upgrading these clients to this new proactive monitoring platform. Those clients that take advantage of this new service will be identified with this sticker attached to the edge of their office computer or monitor:

January 2006 - This summer we will be moving to a new location farther inland in a larger, better designed facility. Not only will the building be safer from hurricanes, the space will be custom designed for our needs. We will be working the next few months to make sure this transition will be as seemless as possible to our clients.
